- Digital certificates are included free of charge and are delivered automatically.
- Optional printed certificates or transcripts are custom-processed; therefore, once an order has been placed and processed, these fees are non-refundable.

If a learner is not satisfied with their purchase, they may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided the course has not been fully completed or a certificate has not been issued.
